Quick trouble shooting​​

If your programmes aren't showing, please check you're logged in with the same email address you originally purchased with.

Many access issues happen because people accidentally sign in with a different email address, often due to a different email being registered iwth paypal or apple pay if they paid that way. .

Please check your welcome email and use the access link provided there.

My programme isn't showing
Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used when purchasing.

I've forgotten which email I used
Search your inbox for "The Hair Extension Coach" or your welcome email.

I can see my account but not my course
Try logging out and back in using the email address from your purchase confirmation.

I've checked everything and still can't access my training
